An implementation of shapelets based on KKshapelets but including flexion

See KKshapelets for the basic idea. As described in the GREAT08 Challenge Handbook, the galaxies are decomposed into Gauss-Hermite polynomials and then a sheared model galaxy is fitted to it. The main difference between KKshapelets and this method is that a sheared and flexed model galaxy is fitted to the observed galaxy.
